The calculation report, written together, with history
The project's document lives here: several people at once, a sheet as a block, a value from the model inside the text, and a published version once the work is accepted.
Example: the calculation report open as a draft; Marta types “V3 deflection came out at 15.2 mm.” with her cursor in view; the assistant marks the deflection limit excerpt and explains why; and the document becomes published once the activity is accepted.
What changes when the report lives inside the project

Written together, live
Several people in the same document, each with a cursor and a name. The name fades shortly after that person stops typing.

A guest does not write
They open it and read. Whatever they type is neither saved nor sent to anyone else.

A marked excerpt gets a category
Mark an excerpt and it becomes an anchor; the category arrives in the background, from a taxonomy of twelve, such as loads, ULS and SLS.

History you can compare
Versions stay listed, you can compare one against the current text word by word, and restore without erasing the history.
It pulls from the project, and the project pulls from it
What is already written in Word goes in; the office template gives it structure; sheet and model go in live. Out the other side come the .docx, the answers from the assistant and the kiosk, and the published version.

Three things that happen while you write

Writes with the project at hand
A sheet goes in as a block, in the view you pick, and the value of a model element goes in as a live chip inside the text.

An image only goes in described
The AI suggests the description, you check it and confirm. With no description the image does not go in, because the description is what reaches search.

Publishing comes from acceptance
When a manager accepts the activity, that moment's version becomes published. Reopening the activity puts the document back to draft.
It marks, it writes at the end, and it can be switched off
It marks what it read
The assistant can mark an excerpt and say why. Its comment shows in the highlight, and the text stays yours.
It always writes at the end
When it writes, it appends to the end of the document and creates the anchor with it. Never in the middle of what you are writing.
The licence can switch it off
A switch in Settings takes the assistant's right to write away. Switched off, every tool that saves is refused.
