Equilibris

Information management in AEC

Communication, models and sheets for the whole office on one base. Ask the project under way, the archive of what has been delivered, and the team's own conversation.

Six areas, one project
and the firm's archive on one base

The whole project, in a single workspace

Stage, activities, 3D model, sheets, calculation report and files live under the same project. Moving to the next stage requires the maturity gate to be met, not a manual tick.

The whole project in one panel: model, files, schedule, requirements and the team's conversation

Written together, with a history of every revision

A collaborative editor, several people at once, with direct references to model elements. Publishing happens when the activity is accepted, and a draft does not leak out as final.

Each tool publishes; Equilibris checks the current revision

Nobody changes analysis software to come in. What goes in is the file the team already produces; what comes out is the current revision, checked against the project's requirements.

Ask the project, and what the office has already solved

The team's conversation, the calculation report, the sheets, the model and the documents go into the same base. The assistant reads all of it to answer, and always says where it came from.

  • Question: Which borehole supported the block B foundation? Equilibris looked it up (2 excerpts in the calculation report · 1 PDF) and answered: SP-03, survey dated Mar 12. The block B foundation came from it. Source: borehole.pdf, p. 4.
  • Question: Have we done a project like this one before? Equilibris looked it up (Searched similar projects) and answered: Three, with the same type of service. The closest took 240 h against 180 h estimated. Source: 3 completed projects.
  • Question: Did we decide to raise the fck of column P12? Equilibris looked it up (Reread the conversation) and answered: Yes, to 40 MPa. The team settled it in the project channel. Source: team conversation, Aug 4.
  • On site. Question: Can I drill through beam V1 here? Equilibris looked it up (1 excerpt in the calculation report) and answered: Not in that region. Before any drilling, talk to the responsible engineer. Source: calculation report, rev. C.

Answered before you ask

Yes. Your sheets and models remain yours; Equilibris organises and connects them, and changes neither the authorship nor the professional responsibility for the design.
