Equilibris

Turn it into knowledge · assistant

A layer of AI for your firm

It reads the calculation report, the sheets, the current model and the project's documents to answer, and shows where each statement came from. It runs on whichever model your installation picks, including an open model on your own infrastructure.

Where the answer comes from

Five sources in the project, and every answer points at its own

Report, sheets, model, PDFs and the team's conversation go into one search. With no source, the answer is that there is no record, never a plausible estimate.

  • Calculation reportthe text of the calculation
  • Sheetsthe value in the cell
  • 3D modelthe element's property
  • PDF documentstext and tables, with the page

Assistant

From the office to the site

It thinks, picks where to look, and says what it read

The whole turn stays in view: the question, the search, the answer and the source. On site, the same project answers in site language, with the safety reminder.

  • Question: Which borehole supported the block B foundation? Equilibris looked it up (2 excerpts in the calculation report · 1 PDF) and answered: SP-03, survey dated Mar 12. The block B foundation came from it. Source: borehole.pdf, p. 4.
  • Question: Have we done a project like this one before? Equilibris looked it up (Searched similar projects) and answered: Three, with the same type of service. The closest took 240 h against 180 h estimated. Source: 3 completed projects.
  • Question: Did we decide to raise the fck of column P12? Equilibris looked it up (Reread the conversation) and answered: Yes, to 40 MPa. The team settled it in the project channel. Source: team conversation, Aug 4.
  • On site. Question: Can I drill through beam V1 here? Equilibris looked it up (1 excerpt in the calculation report) and answered: Not in that region. Before any drilling, talk to the responsible engineer. Source: calculation report, rev. C.
How the answer is built

Three steps you can check

  1. 1 /

It narrows to the project's scope

Search stays inside that project and its current revision. A draft shows marked as in progress, never as final.

  2. 2 /

It reads the data at the source

A sheet value comes from the cell; a property comes from the model element; a criterion comes from the report's text.

  3. 3 /

It answers with the trail attached

File, page, cell or element travel with the answer and stay saved in the conversation.

The model is your choice

Nothing here locks you to an AI vendor

No line of code fixes a model: the choice is configuration, and it holds for the office and for the site kiosk. The installation can point at Anthropic, OpenAI, a compatible service, or at an open model running on your own infrastructure. The tools, the search and the citations are the same on all of them.

  • An open model, on your own machine

Pointed at a local model, the assistant answers with no third party key. The model that indexes search has a local version too.

  • The screen says who is answering

Provider, endpoint and model show in Settings, read from the same source the service uses to answer.

  • Two questions, two sizes

A triage picks between a small and a large model for each question, and the cost panel shows what each one consumed.
